THE 7X7 MATRIX
Kim and Mauborgne have described the Six-Utility Leversd and the Six Stages of the Buyer Experience Cyclec. They are used to develop Elements of Performance for the Value Curve.
Value Innovations has added a seventh Utility Lever (Investment) and a Stage to the Buyer Experience (Pre-Purchase) to produce what we call the 7X7 Matrix. It is one of three methods we use to help you identify Elements of Performance.
