Value Innovations’ conducts Workshops ranging in length from four hours to three days.

Our most popular 2-Day Mastering Value Innovation (MVI) Workshops are held on a Thursday and Friday ending at 3:00pm on Friday, allowing attendees to return home for the weekend. Our Workshops held in the winter in Denver allow attendees to go up to the mountains to ski that weekend at one of the greatest ski resorts in the world. The 2-Day MVI Workshop is interactive, hands on and has five breakout sessions over the two days. Because of this interactivity, size is limited to no more than 25 attendees.

Course Content, Key Learnings, Vi SME’s, Workshop Location, Hotel information, Workshop Fee (The registration fee for the popular 2-Day Workshop ranges from $1,995 to $2,495 - there are discounts for early registration and multiple attendees) and Registration are provided in the attached pdf file. There's a $500 discount for additional attendees from the same organization. This encourages attendees to compare notes after each presentation and breakout & continually ask "How could we dovetail this tool or this process into our current processes with the minimal amount of disruption and significantly increase the value delivered?"

For PDMA Members: MVI Workshops are sponsored by the PDMA and PDMA members receive further discounts: rmPDMA members, a 20% discount. Other PDMA members, a $200 discount. PDMA Chapter presidents are encouraged to contact us to receive the 20% discount for their Chapter members. NPDP Certified PDMA members receive 14 credit hours towards NPDP recertification.
